These are low-cost services that we have used successfully in the past. Some are pay-per-email, some are paid monthly. Some break out reporting for multiple emails sent within a single campaign with a single rolled up report for the whole campaign. Others report only one email result at a time and leave you to roll up any multiple-email campaigns. You will need to do careful research based on your needs.
