Home Page
The home page provides 1-click access to client sites and data, as well as your logins, leads, and most recently published pages and templates. At the top of every page is the Add Bar to provide 1-click access to create pages, templates, website connections, navigation sets, leads, clients, logins, and permission people.
Create a Website Connection
The first step in setting up a site in Red Wrangler, creating a website connection is exactly like creating an FTP connection. Plus you get to define your URL, site tagline, default site meta tags, and location of a draft folder to publish draft versions of web pages.
Create a Template
The second step in setting up a site in Red Wrangler, creating templates organizes the common bits of your pages so you and your clients can work on content separately (and more easily). While this step is mostly cut and paste from your existing pages, we provide about an hour of free setup support. And once templates are created, they're rarely changed.
Publish Web Pages
When you have a website connection and templates, the next step is to create pages that use your templates and publish to your website using your website connection. For each page you can define meta tags, previous and next links (if it's part of a set of pages), and both a page title and content title (which lets you use a short title for the HTML title tag and a longer keyword-rich title in your page content).
Create Contact Us Page
Red Wrangler makes it easy to quickly create a Contact Us form. You can use our default code or modify it to your needs. You can specify a thank you page to send visitors to after they complete your form, as well as define your response email and where to send a BCC of any email created with the form.
Manage Contact Us Page Leads
Once your Contact Us page works, when a visitor fills out your form it will store their form details in Red Wrangler. You can access, add or change information, and export these leads. You also can add leads based on telephone calls, office visits, or other contacts.
Store Logins
On average every client we support has five or six logins to manage, from web server control panels to domain registrars to website activity reporting tools to email delivery vendors, and more. Red Wrangler lets you store these logins easily. Plus they're always available from the lower right corner of your home page. This also lets you use more complicated passwords for better security because you can find and use them easily in Red Wrangler.
Permission Other Users
If you need to provide access to others, Red Wrangler makes it easy to permission them as well as restrict what they can see, if necessary.

What Subscribers Say
"Red Wrangler puts everything in one place. I can use my own web address to find my shopping cart, leads, affiliate site, and all the rest. It's also much easier to tweak our site for search engines. Best of all, I did not have to change hosting or web design."

Tools + How-To Knowledge
Great tools are not enough for web designers and their clients to succeed. Unlike other tools, Red Wrangler includes how-to information about all aspects of internet marketing. Some is embedded in the application. Some is in the form of a blog and a list of carefully vetted resources. (The blog has been active since late 2002, at ReachCustomersOnline.com, and has ranked highly with Google on some internet marketing topics, for example, how to code HTML email newsletters.)
